LOUIES Hanover Square was founded by the Ferratella brothers in 2006, as more than the average restaurant. They continue to foster a culture where excellence is par and that little “extra” is the standard. The owners and employees strive to accomplish our mission daily through mindfulness of one another, of every customer, and of our tasks.
