DINNER The Bistro at Red Newt offers a Finger Lakes dining experience unlike any other. Exquisite, collaborative, and authentic, the food and ingredients are sourced from 30+ local Finger Lakes farms. The menus combine the flavors, textures and personality of FLX wine and food, creating a synergy that is uniquely Finger Lakes. The main dining area offers a three-course, fixed-price dining experience with a Finger Lakes wine pairing option guided by the Red Newt Sommelier. (Courses are also available a la carte.) It is often available as walk-in communal seating. Outdoor seating is available on the covered deck on a first come, first serve basis. The sunset from Red Newt Cellars is simply breathtaking!
